To Tulsa and Back

Getting back to eastern Oklahoma is all about the afternoons with family, food and fun.  Helen spent a couple of weeks in Tulsa helping her sister and aunt Elma host a wedding shower for Amy.  I came up from a business trip in Louisiana to spend fathers day with her, and the dads too.   We leave for New York to see Aaron in a few days.  God is good.   (got a look at Abner in a nice long dinner skype today)  We'll post from New York soon.

First Veges!

                                                        Banana peppers
                                                      Green peppers
                                                      Yellow tomatoes
                                                      Cherry tomatoes
                                                        Tomato plants

I can't help but share our first veges of the season.  We had to put them in pots since we are working on that side of the yard.

Summer & Company

Ken and I are enjoying a full year with visitors from all around... we've been since 1986 and this is the first year that we have had so much enjoyment with family visiting.  We were recently blessed to have Becki & John visit from Kansas, and it was nice to get to catch up and relax with them.  We also had the privilege of meeting Shelby, their granddaughter.  We have helped kids move, P & V in Portland, S & M in Fullerton (just a few doors down, but still a move.)  Ken is currently in Louisiana, I head to Oklahoma, then we're home for a few days and are off to see A in New York.  We'd love to have you visit, but be sure to make reservations!!

Cousins getting to catch up!
John's enjoying some time with Ken at the Nixon Library.

Grandma & Grandpa got to see Shelby's graduation, then she came and had some R&R with them.
