September in Seattle

Our whole crew met in Seattle for a weekend to attend niece/cousin Amy's wedding. Many from Helen's side of the family were there and it was a nice reunion for all. Our family enjoyed Parker's BD (same day as the wedding) at the Gas Works Park, in the center of Seattle. We had a picnic and the sunshine that we were lucky to have. Here are a few pics, including a small video of a laughing Abner.

Homecoming

Aaron has relocated in southern California, from New York (yea!) We enjoyed a homecoming dinner that also included our nephew Matt (who flew into Orange County from Guam - for his sister Amy's upcoming wedding in Seattle). Aaron and Matt hadn't seen each other in over four years, when we took a short camping trip to the shoreline cliffs of Baja. Times have changed, as we agreed this is not a trip we would consider today. But the ties that bind reamain the same.

Stephen & Marissa and Kevin & Missy and their boys joined in to really make this a special evening. (same group, along with many other of the fam, will meet again for Amy and Mark's wedding - just over a week away)
