Merry Christmas

Ken made a quick trip west, and spent Christmas weekend with us in California.  It was very short, but a much needed relaxation for him (and us).  Here are a few pics from his visit "home".

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL & A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Our Farewell Open House

When you live in the same town for over 25 years, you need a chance to tell your friends goodbye.   As Ken and I  start a new chapter in our lives we took Saturday to spend with our friends.  We opened our home for a few hours to enjoy, and reminisce our good times, and invite friends to visit us in our new  Oklahoma City surroundings.  Here are a few shots from the enjoyable day.

Thanks to our beautiful daughter-in-law, Marissa for all her help and the tasty treats she made for us.  Thank you all for your friendship, love and caring.  You will be missed and cherished in our hearts forever.  You are welcome to come and visit us in Oklahoma.  Keep in touch.

Technical Difficulties

We have been without our computer for about a month.  Hopefully we will have a new one soon.  In the meantime we will be on our way to Portland on the 28th for Miss Ainsley's 1st Birthday.  Then I will be off to Tulsa for some time with my parents.

Parents, Grandparents & Grandkids

We have been buzy bees for the last month.  Ken's parents were here for a nice visit, then we went to Santa Barbara for a visit with our kids and grandkids.  Here are a few pics to experience our fun and adventures.  The first part of May we got to have a nice visit with Judy & Clealon.

If you look closely you will see the cat on the right and Clealon on the left.
Everyone took a chance to enjoy the sunshine.

The end of May, we got to enjoy a few days with Parker, Viki, and the kids, along with Aaron in Santa Barbara.  The weather was a little cool, but we did find some sunshine to enjoy the water. We rode the train, and all the guys got to take in a Dodgers game, enjoying Abner experience his first mayor league game.  Parker got to surf with some dolphins, we got to babysit and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner out with Parker (a late Mother's day gift).  Grandpa got to play, play and play...

One last walk to enjoy the beach.  Then the trip home, Ken slept on train all the way.  He loved it!

We are continually reminded what a fun and loving family we are a part of.
