As most of you know, Ken has every other Friday off. Sometimes we get all our weekend chores out of the way, and sometimes we are just lazy. We chose to have a lazy day and went to an Orange County park that we like. (We have even taken some of you to it.) It's off the beaten path and usually has very few visitors, especially during the week days.
As you can see, we still have fun, with just "us".
After our lunch, he went off to explore, and I sat and read a book.
He is the one that made and packed our lunch, which was very tasty. (I had a morning Dr. appt.)
As you can see, we are heating up and drying out. We hope that each and everyone of you that happen to read this have a wonderful, relaxing weekend.. if anyone does read this?

Yes we do check your Blog, & glad to hear you both had a relaxing weekend. Hope you take more of them, too. Must admit I check V & P blog first to see what that darling boy is doing---wish we had videos like that when your boys were that age.
